1. The service

Nobelots Gateway provides an API and dashboard to generate UPI QR codes and check payment confirmation emails in your own Gmail inbox. We are not a bank, payment aggregator or payment processor, and we never hold or transfer money.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate details, including a UPI ID that belongs to you.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and API key secret, and for all activity using them.
• You may connect only a Gmail account that you own or are authorised to use.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for fraud, illegal goods or services, money laundering, or to collect payments you are not entitled to. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service at risk.

4. Verification results

Verification depends on payment emails reaching your inbox and on third-party services such as Gmail and your UPI provider. Emails can be delayed or missing, so we cannot guarantee that every payment will be detected. Check your UPI app before resolving disputes with customers.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by missed, delayed or incorrect payment detection.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
